I was telling Ting Ting the Good Friday holiday on Friday. And she told me that she is not having school that day because it is a "purple" holiday. Then I told her that its a PUBLIC holiday, and then later when she repeats, she said again, "Mommy, Friday is a "puppet" holiday". :)

During this year, we brought the kids to wash the car with us. At first wethought they enjoyed it.
Then a few days ago, in the night, I asked Tingting did she enjoy washing the car the day before.

She said, " Actually, I don't like to wash the car Mommy...". I asked her, "Then why did you do it?"

Her answer is," If I don't help Daddy, no one helps him and he will be very tired."

I thanked God everyday for a child like her.
