Happy Birthday To You, Happy Birthday To You, Happy Birthday to TIng Ting, Happy Birthday To You!!!! Happy 4th Birthday Girl!!
How time flies, just 4 years ago, at this time, I am still screaming in between contractions and now this little woman has grown so much and sometimes give me so much headache that is really unbelievable.
There are good times I am admit and something really amazing is that I find Ting Ting is a really street-wise, smart kid. Her language and understanding power is quite a surprise.
There are 2 incidents that I gotta blog... These are the words that are from the mouth of a yet-to-be-but-going-to-be-4-year-old.
1) My friend Dee Dee came over to help me to wrap Ting Ting's door gift so that I can prepare other stuff. She cuts the wrapping paper and then wrapped the presents slowly. Their conversation as follows.
Ting Ting : Dee Dee jie jie (big sister), what are you doing?
Dee Dee : I am wrapping presents for your party tomorrow.
Ting Ting : How many have you wrap?
Dee Dee : I wrapped 2, I still have 5 more to go.
Ting Ting : You are not doing a very good job you know. I think you need more practice.
Dee Dee : *blur* *stunt* *amazed* *
CRUSHED*...
This is an actual event that happened to me like 4 hours ago. Dear came back home and then we had dinner, then Dear said that he will do the dishes and I could go and rest.
Ting Ting : Daddy, you shouldn't wash the dishes, you should rest. You should sit down and play with us. (pushes me to the sink)
Ting Ting : Mommy, here is the sink. There you go. (Daddy couldn't stop laughing, Mommy devasted and crushed)
Her basic meaning is that the Daddy should play and Mommy should work. I cannot imagine how my life is going to be in the future, when she grows older and have a mind of her own. Her stubborness is pretty much shown now, I just do not wanna predict how the future will be. Maybe will be like my mom and me, I don't know. I want to have a good relationship with my daughter. Hopefully will have one.
