Did someone bully my Ting Ting?

Ting Ting came back from childcare this week and keep on saying that there is this boy in her class that keeps hitting her head and bullying her. So as a precaution, Daddy called the school and asked to speak the the teacher. We are rather surprised by the "truth" of the matter.
Daddy : Teacher A, Ting Ting came home this week and keeps on saying that someone is hitting her and she don't like the boy.
Teacher A : No, they are just playing and then sometimes when they are really happy, they will forget and become very rough.
Daddy : But can you keep a lookout for the boy who hit her?
Teacher A : That boy E, loves her so much, they are just playing. E said he loves Ting Ting, but Ting Ting said she don't love him and tell him not to follow her. I think he wanted her attention, so he do things to make her notice him.
Daddy : REALLY?????!!!!
Teacher A : Yes, and E has lots of girlfriends in the class, and they all said that E don't love them anymore, because now he loves only Ting Ting!
We had to hold on to our seats to prevent ourselves from falling. Our Ting Ting is like only 2 yrs 9 mths old??? Kids mature so early nowsadays that it leaves the parents really at wits end...
